SCALLION HERB CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
Three items I purchase nearly every week include fresh parsley, cilantro, and green onions. They’re usually less than $1 each, but they provide tons of flavor and the color of my meals, which is why they’re worth the purchase even if I don’t need them all. I still enjoy ideas for recipes to use the leftovers, such as the Scallion Herb Cream Cheese Spread, since there’s less food waste, and it’s the best. Better. This herb-infused, tangy cream cheese takes just a few minutes to make, yet it’s delicious; it could even encourage you to eat more significant amounts of vegetables during your day.
EAT YOUR VEGETABLES AND ENJOY THEM TOO.
How can this allow you to eat more vegetables? It’s a Scallion Cream Cheese spread that tastes like cream cheese with a ranch flavor that makes it perfect to apply onto vegetables in lunches and wraps and place on celery sticks and cucumber pieces. I’m dreaming of the ideal vegetable sandwich: This Scallion Herb Cheese cheese cucumber, avocado alfalfa sprouts, and tomato.
