I’m somewhat obsessed with avocados which is why when I visited an obscure Latin American Restaurant last year, La Macarena Pupuseria, and the waiter said they served the most amazing Guacamole I’ve ever had, I took the bait with a hook, line, and a sinker.I wanted to know the secret behind the guac that was supposedly amazing.Well, let me say it was not just the most delicious Guacamole I’ve ever tasted but also one of the most distinctive.My only concern is how did it take an entire year before I attempted to make what ended up being the best-loaded Guacamole that I’ve ever tasted in my whole life at home?!
